Ordesa National Park
The woods at the north of Spain have a special beauty, the great variety of trees, the type of rocks, the rivers and the colour of the river water can give rise to SPECTACULAR places as this one. The summer 2007 had been rather dry, therefore the river in this picture is not showing its most impressive character as the 2010, for instance.
To take this picture we woke up early in the morning (or late in the night), we drove a few tens of km and after a long walk we entered the most colourful and light forest that I have ever been to. It was really difficult to decide where to set up the camera, tripod, filters, etc to capture this warm autumn rainbow in October 2007.
